Mission Police not only captured several individuals suspected of being involved in a home invasion early Sunday morning, but police also confiscated high-powered weapons possibly used in several home invasions throughout Hidalgo County.

A group of four Mexican nationals were formally charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

Mission police said they are linked to a home invasion at an apartment located on the 700-block of North Dunlap Road.

Approximatelly four to five individuals had gone in at gun point demanding jewelery, demanding money and other valuables belonging to the victim, said Mission Police Lt. Martin Garza.
