c00lblkatheist asked:

Why did God design indestructible souls?

According to the Christian doctrine, heaven is a place of pure paradisaical bliss, absent of any deleterious acts and wickedness, as well as malevolence. There is no disease in heaven, everybody stays young for eternity, no pain, affliction nor calamity as well as no sin, and apparently the wages of sin is death. What is also apparent in Christian doctrine, is that from the first day of creation God intended every single soul to enter into this paradise, and hell was ONLY created for Lucifer and his fallen angels. So if this were the case, why did God design souls that are capable of burning for ETERNITY in a place God ONLY created for Satan?

Don’t people only build indestructible things, if they plan on there being destruction? There would have been no use of bullet proof vests, if guns were never created, nor gas masks if people never tried to poison people with poison gas. So if there is no possible way any soul can burn in eternity in heaven, why did God give us souls that can burn and get beat everlastingly, if his intentions were for every soul to enter heaven?

If your answer is sin, then same question applies. Why did God design a soul that could become indestructible once sin has infested the soul. Why couldn’t God had made our souls destructible then punish the souls for a finite amount of time, then just deny sinners an afterlife?
The reason souls don’t die in heaven, because there is nothing to kill them.. No fire, no disease, no people going around killing each other etc.. Did you guys even read the question?

Which would you wear?

the full armor of God or ballistic body armor (bullet proof vest)?
Why isn’t the full armor of God enough? Is god not all powerful? Will he not protect his followers? Why don’t you trust your god with your life?
